- Customer project banks and third-party applications can be integrated as data sources for Wendy AI. This simplifies the user experience into one intelligent interface that gives users all the information they need.
- Wendy AI can be given tasks, so it automates the user’s own routines such as analysis, reporting, schedule updates, site observations and instructions for contractors.
- Wendy AI compiles reports from this information, which it can send automatically, and it can raise alerts automatically.
- In addition, Wendy AI discusses built environment topics with the user in a relevant way.
Its knowledge base is a structured and organised collection of information that Wendy AI uses to give users relevant, accurate and useful answers. This knowledge base is linked to context, so Wendy AI can tailor its answers to the situation and the user’s needs.
